The Light Inside was written for children of all ages to help them connect with their inner light, explaining how they are born whole and full of goodness. The book is inspired by Rumis poem You are not a drop in the ocean; you are the entire ocean in a drop. Through the story of a lost boy who must navigate his way back home through fear, anxiety, and doubt, The Light Inside helps children recognize that they have an inner light that guides them like a compass. This light is indestructible and pure. The books themes of introspection, stillness, and gratitude aim to help reorient children towards their natural state. This volume is an excellent resource for exploring themes of spirituality with children in clear, easy to understand, terms.

This is a book for both parents and children to read together. It will appeal to those who love inspiring stories. The magnificent illustrations are by the renowned illustrator Demi (Charlotte Hunt), who has gained a large following among parents and children, having published over 300 best-selling books.
