The Intuitionist

In a hyper-vertical metropolis, Lila Mae Watson, the city’s first Black female elevator inspector, operates by the controversial “Intuitionist” method, relying on instinct over empirical data. When a newly installed elevator catastrophically fails hours after her inspection, Lila Mae finds herself at the center of a deadly conspiracy. Framed for the disaster, she must clear her name while navigating a labyrinthine world of government spies, underworld figures, and double agents, all in an election year where she may be a convenient scapegoat.
